Refreshed PROVON® Line Includes Perineal Care for the Elderly

With inspiration from directors of nursing, GOJO Industries has launched its refreshed line of PROVON® products for residents of long-term care facilities. The PROVON line includes perineal care products for the elderly and now offers convenient color-coded packaging that answers directors of nursing desire for products that can be more quickly understood and identified.

Input from directors of nursing helped GOJO develop skin- and hair-care products with advanced formulas and uplifting fragrances that provide a more soothing and homelike sensory experience for long-term care residents. Other enhancements include improved package functionality that allows for easy one-hand use and shows remaining product volume.

Directors of nursing also inspired development of the PROVON Skin Care Toolkit with a DVD for easy and effective staff training and education, available at GOJO.com.

The rejuvenated PROVON products are proven mild but effective in cleansing, moisturizing and helping to prevent perineal dermatitis and the spread of germs. The line includes Perineal Wash, Moisturizing Skin Protectant with 60% Petrolatum, Skin Protectant Ointment with 99% Petrolatum and a 3-in-1 Wash Cream.
